Return & Refund Policy

At Scentivora, we take great care in packaging and delivering your fragrance. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we have a strict returns policy. We accept returns only in the following situations:

  • The product was damaged in transit
  • You received the wrong product

Please note: We do not accept returns in the following cases — opened bottles, unused products returned without valid reason, or products damaged after delivery due to customer handling.

2. Reporting Damage or Wrong Items

All damage or delivery discrepancies must be reported to us within 4–8 hours of receiving your order. Reports made after this window will not be eligible for a return or replacement.

To raise a complaint, please contact us with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photograph of the damaged or incorrect product
  • A short video showing the condition of the package upon opening

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Opened or used perfume bottles
  • Items on sale or purchased with a discount code
  • Gift cards
  • Products where damage is reported after the 4–8 hour window

4. Return Process

Once your complaint has been reviewed and approved by our team, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product, including a return shipping label where applicable.

Items sent back to us without a prior approved return request will not be accepted and cannot be refunded.

5. Refunds

If your return is approved, you may be eligible for:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or
  • A replacement of the same product, or
  • Both, at the discretion of Scentivora based on stock availability

Refunds are processed after we have received and inspected the returned item. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
